We were there for 1 night, overall had a perfectly pleasant stay. The food was tasty, with a wide range of options. The bed was perfect, and the room was cozy. Besides, the location was favourable for our stay, within 15 minutes' walk of Avenida la Reforma...
The room was rather small.

Breakfast included hot coffee and fresh pastries, which was a nice treat in the morning. The location was convenient, close to the airport and within walking distance to some local attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to answer questions.
The rooms were outdated and in need of renovation. The towels were worn and uncomfortable.

We stayed in a convenient location, close to where the airplanes landed and took off. It was a long walk to the center and Zona Viva, but being near the airport made it easier for us to catch our flights. The room was fairly comfortable, and the breakfast provided a good start to the day.
The cleanliness of the hotel carts was a bit disruptive.
